Light Breakfast

The rumors are true, skipping breakfast is not a good idea. It can be small if you are not a breakfast person. One egg or a piece of fruit. It will kick start your metabolism and help keep you from making bad decisions later. Sadly, coffee is not food. Here are some tips for eating a lower calorie breakfast.
