- 4 c almond meal/flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 4 lg eggs
- 1/2 c butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 c sour cream or coconut milk
- 2 t pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 t liquid stevia
- 10 oz bittersweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment
- Whisk together almond meal/flour and baking soda in large bowl
- Whisk together eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, and stevia in small bowl
- Stir together dry and liquids until combined and add chocolate chips
- Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, press each cookie to 1/2" thickness
- Bake until edges of cookies are lightly browned, about 25 minutes
